Transition Scheduled Downtime

Transition of all accounts to the new servers is scheduled for this weekend, January 17th and 18th. During this time FTP and weblog access will be denied. All web services will function normally enabling a smooth transition with the change being imperceptible to browsing users.

Note: There may be a small window of less than an hour where database changes made on the old systems will not be reflected on the new systems.

Thanks for your patience during this transition.

Update 1/19 @ 23:21 EST: Not all accounts were transitioned. The next transition window is the weekend of the 24th.

Update 1/26 @ 02:03 EST: Accounts are in the process of being transferred. In order to ensure that no content is lost FTP access will be disabled in the interim. This is a temporary measure with FTP access restored in the next 24 hours.

Update 1/28 @ 00:46 EST: Accounts have been transferred and email is being sent out with new accesss information. The previous estimate of FTP 24 hour unavailability was aggressive. FTP access remains disabled until the notification emails have been sent which we anticipate completing in 48 hours. Thanks for your patience.

Update 2/02 @ 12:06 EST: New access information has been sent to all account holders. Email IrthNet Support if you have not received one. All FTP and website services are operating nominaly. Website access stats is the remaining service to bring current which we'll be working on over the next few days.
